Yes, we can do home visits. Although things to consider:

There is a £35.00 call out charge which also covers the first hours onsite labour. If we visit and decide the repair would be better done in the workshop then this charge is waived. Dropping off your computer to us for repair also avoids call out charges..

The prices page will give you examples of the cost of some of the more common repairs. Although everyone's requirements are different so for example for a failed harddisk -  does the customer want a fast SSD replacement? How much storage capacity? All these choices affect price.

*We cannot quote a "price to fix" also when we have not seen, nor established for definate what the issue is...

Guarantees on computer repairs are sometime difficult. For example a customer brings a computer in for a virus removal, but then decides not to opt for installation of Internet security software then we cannot guarantee (as it's almost guarateed it will happen again).

For hardware replacement and for system restores the job is always done in a professional manner to a high standard.

Yes, we do replace broken laptop screens and indeed Apple Macbook screens.

The only difference is laptop screens may cost roughly between £80 - £110 to replace.

Unfortunately, Apple screens are far more expensive, some customers opt for a pre-owned replacement to save considerable cost. *But we can quote, but generally £300-£800 (for part only), dependant on age / model.
